Returns and Exchanges

Standard Returns

We will refund the full value of non-damaged products that are properly returned (excluding original shipping fees, taxes, and any customs duties, if applicable):

Through the original payment method used for the order if it was paid using a credit card or bank transfer.

Please note that due to system-specific reasons, registered guest users will need to create a permanent account and enter their details on our website to successfully receive the credit. If a product is returned after using a price match service, specific terms and conditions will apply. 

For any order exceeding AED 5,000 and paid using COD, our customer service representatives will contact the customer to provide an online payment link, as per the policy that delivery companies cannot accept cash amounts exceeding AED 5,000.

Damaged Products / Incorrect Orders

If your order is delivered damaged or if the products differ from what you ordered, please arrange the return of the product to us using the return process mentioned. 

The product must be returned in the same condition it was received within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, including – if applicable – original shipping fees, taxes, and any customs duties. There may also be an option to exchange products. Damaged products may be covered under a manufacturing defect warranty.

General Conditions for Returning Products

To be eligible for a refund, all products (including promotional gift products that were given for free with the order) must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving the order, unused, undamaged, and in a condition fit for resale (or the condition in which they were received from us or our agents). Perfumes must be returned in their original packaging, with all brand and product labels/tags intact.

Please ensure that the product’s packaging remains undamaged. For example, if the perfume box is damaged, it may prevent the product from being resold, meaning we will not be able to provide a full refund. Our agents may request to inspect the product at the pickup location, but this initial inspection does not guarantee your eligibility for a full refund.

We reserve the right to monitor returns and refuse orders from customers who frequently return products. However, nothing in our return policy is intended to infringe upon any legal rights you may have under UAE law.

Product Exchanges

We currently do not offer a direct exchange option. Instead, you will need to follow the return process for all products and place a new order for replacement products.

Any exchange for special offers, such as “discount codes” or other promotions, will be at the full product price, not the discounted price. Exchanges for the same product are permitted only if the product is damaged, leaking, or has a quality issue.

Exchanges are not allowed for bundled items within the same bundle offer.

Manufacturing Defects

In addition to the 30-day return policy, some products come with a manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.

Order Cancellation

You can contact us at any time to cancel or modify an order before it is marked as “In Progress” in our online order tracking system. If you do so, we will either: 

(1) Cancel the order free of charge and refund the full amount paid.

(2) Attempt to modify the order to the best of our ability, subject to stock availability and any price adjustments.

If the order has already been processed, please wait for delivery and follow the return process. The order will be canceled if you choose COD and do not complete the confirmation process as explained in the order section above.

Product Liability

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree that full responsibility for the products rests with the manufacturer, and we are not liable for these products, except as outlined in the return section where it pertains to returning products and refunding the paid price, where applicable.

Product Ownership

Ownership of the products in your order will transfer to you upon one of the following: 

(1) The day you pay the full price for the products.

(2) The day you receive the products.

 Responsibility for the products will transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping address specified in the order.
